Al Kurti founded Shesmen Partners to build a focused advisory and development platform around the intersection of data center real estate, power, infrastructure and execution.
As Founder & CEO, he sets the company’s strategic direction, develops key relationships and leads the firm’s expansion into the United States and broader North American market.
The firm’s operating model is organized around the functional disciplines required for digital infrastructure: development and real estate, power and utilities, capital and transactions, commercial partnerships, legal and community engagement, and program delivery.
